Terms of Service & License Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, redeeming a license key, or executing the Geass client modification, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the software or platform.

2. License Grant & Hardware Lock

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Geass grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • Each license is strictly bound to a single user Discord account and hardware identifier (HWID).
  • Users may request an HWID reset through the dashboard under fair-use guidelines (e.g., when upgrading hardware).
  • Account sharing, key resale, public leakage, or group purchasing is strictly prohibited and results in immediate key revocation without refund.

3. Intellectual Property & Restrictions

All code, brand marks, and technical assets are proprietary. You agree not to:

  • Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or crack the client JAR or licensing protocols.
  • Distribute, mirror, or repackage the software on third-party file hosts.
  • Create derivative exploits or bypasses targeting the licensing infrastructure.

4. Refund Policy (Digital Goods)

Due to the nature of digital software keys and immediate delivery upon confirmation:

  • Unredeemed Keys: If a generated key has not been redeemed or activated and is found to have technical generation defects, our support team will provide a direct replacement within 48 hours.
  • Redeemed & Activated Keys: Once a digital license is bound to a Discord account and downloaded, all sales are final, as digital consumption is deemed completed under consumer regulations for downloadable digital goods.
  • Support First: If you encounter compatibility or setup difficulties, our dedicated support staff will assist you in configuring the client to run properly on your system.

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

The software is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

  • You assume full responsibility for your gameplay, multiplayer server choices, and actions while using client modifications.
  • Geass does not guarantee continuous compatibility with third-party servers, anticheat updates, or game patches.
  • In no event shall Geass or its creators be liable for server bans, game account penalties, loss of virtual items, or consequential damages.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke or suspend license access immediately without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in malicious attacks against our infrastructure, or attempt fraudulent chargebacks.
